  Order is often wrong. The staff doesn't listen to what is being ordered. Tired of having to go back to have my order fixed. Didn't think it was that hard to make a double double.

  Service is blunt, the order is often not accurate and a smile or pleasant attitude would be nice at the drive through.

  Only took a few days and the overnight crew knew my order and treated me as a regular. Overnight staff is extremely professional and a joy to deal with.
