  Spent ten minutes waiting in drive thru and when someone finally comes on, its only to say the wait will be a few more minutes. Crap service from what I already except to be mediocre.

  This is a good McDonald's. The service is good inside and drive-thru. I gave it 4 stars because 2 times out of 10 they will mess up the order.

  I go there often and their staff is on point, but way understaffed. When they opened it was even worst. You can tell the people who work there have it way over their heads. I always tip them a lot because I can feel their pain. I hope people aren't too hard on them because of it. They're always nice and get my orders right. The whole place is impeccable and they do very good work. But that's not why people go to McDonalds. People go there to get food as quick as they can, I never even step foot in the building unless I need the washroom. They're in dire need of better management, that's all. More than half of the reviews mentioned it's slow and It's clearly because of that you have such a gross rating. And I'm sure the management is fully aware of it, such as everybody else who go there, and also talk about it. If you'd deal with it, 5 star ratings would be raining down on you. I'm sure of it. I honestly don't know how you keep staff at minimum wage on night shifts working like that.
